Zooming out on ipad

Did you switch on the Zoom Feature ?

To switch on Zoom feature:

1) Tap on Settings

2) Tap on General

3) Tap on Accessibility

4) Switch on the Zoom Feature.

5) Then try zooming out with 3 fingers like what sberman mentioned.
