Unable to use ECG

I bought my apple watch series 4 from India, now I have moved to canada but I’m still not able to get the ECG app on my watch. I tried changing the location and all but none helped, how can I fix it ?

ECG not being set up on Apple Watch bought from Dubai Hey there community! I bought a series 5 apple watch from Dubai, the ECG app was not approved then by the Dubai's Health Ministry and beacuse of it the ECG app never showed on my watch, but thankfully in September or October of this year it got approved, and because of this I received an update notification on my watch and after the update I found the ECG app icon on it, selecting it the watch says to set up ECG from your iPhone. but whenever I try to set it up from my phone, I get a message that ECG is not available in your region. Does anybody had a similar issue and have they resolved it? Please help ! Maaz

Unfortunately you can’t use it in Canada with the ecg. You need a model that works in the country that you buy it. So if you Brought it in Canada it will work in Canada
