Security questions answer forgot

Hi All,

As my iPhone from the company was stolen in Portugal, i've tried to lock it from home.

iPhone poped up by using cloud in Africa today.

Now i'm not able to sign in in my account online due to the fact a "forgot" my answers on the security questions.

I changed the password of the account, but still cannot sign in to my apple ID due to the answers which are still uncorrect. Information given: Not able to change answers due to incomplete information.

Somebody know how to proceed?
