I have been trying to activate my ipad and it's not working. It keeps saying activation server is temporarily unavailable. Please I need my ipad fixed

What country are you in? If not the US, use the globe button at the bottom of the screen to reach out to Apple Support in the country you are located.
where did you buy your ipad? has the ipad been restored as new?
I have tried those methods, its not still working, I tried with iTunes, but when I connect the cable it displays an error message "could not activate because activation information was invalid. Please try again later" and I have tried several times after but it won't even let me put my icloud details
"We're Sorry. Unable to complete your request at this time".
It's telling me the same thing. I have tried for hours and hours.
What globe button?
When you tap Contact Support from the top of the page at the bottom of that page is a circle in the center of the bottom with the country. Tap that and choose the country you are in and need support.
