- What account are you trying to remove? For example, is it an email account, an iCloud account, a computer user account, etc?
- What is the current macOS version installed on your computer (example: macOS Mojave 10.14.6). You can find this under the Apple menu > About This Mac.
- Have you tried to remove the account on your own? If so, what happened? Were there any error messages (and if so, what did it say exactly)?
