Disabled and deleted iCloud Photos

Hi

I had some 7600 photos and 125 videos uploaded on my iCloud Photos.

Whenever I wanted to show some high clarity picture to my friends it used to take some time to download from iCloud to get to full resolution. I decided to download them all on my device and transfer them to a hard disk so I selected Download originals and disabled iCloud Photos. I thought all of them were downloaded and ignored the email from apple support saying that I have 30 days to download them all. Now most of my photos are gone.

Is there anyway to get them back?
