How can I delete a app subscription I canceled it and Apple canceled it but it still charges me on iPhone 6

If you cancelled it, was it cancelled less than 24 hours before the renewal? Otherwise, check this, View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support If you still have difficulty, contact iTunes Support.
