iDrive setup in the iCloud?

I'm getting signed into my iCloud account on both my iMac Pro & iXR while using my home wifi & VPN - but I'm not able to access my iDrive in-spite of being logged into both devices and sending and confirming 6 digit access codes being sent received and entered from "remote locations" -

In extensive reading - it seems that the apps are approved by the Apple Store - but I'm still confused and getting nowhere Quickly ?

The browser's both on both the phone and laptop seem to work fine except I'm not able to see any "History" as is excepted with a VPN - Thanks for any ideas as to configuration or apps I've missed ?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that you're unable to access iCloud Drive on your devices. You've come to the right place! I'm happy to help.

If you haven't already, please review the following resource to ensure iCloud Drive was set up properly on your devices:

Set up iCloud Drive

If your files don't update to iCloud Drive, check the following:

"Make sure that you have enough iCloud storage. If you need more space in iCloud, you can buy more iCloud storage or free up space by deleting content.
Sign in to iCloud on all of your devices and turn on iCloud Drive.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection on your Mac and on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Install the latest versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. See which versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote you can use with iCloud Drive.
Create a new document and save it to see if it uploads to iCloud. If it does, see if your other documents start uploading.

If you tried these steps and your files still don’t upload to iCloud, stay signed in to iCloud and save your updated files to a different folder on your Mac or PC. Then contact Apple Support for more help."
