Using multiple methods of payments for different apps

I have my apple account set up under my name with my credit card to pay for purchases, iCloud, etc., however my boyfriend is now offering to pay for the Netflix account. Is there a way to have Netflix paid by his card only, and keep my card for all other purchases?

Is it possible to select one payment method for apple music and another one for the rest ? So, basically someone else is paying for my apple music subscription, so I have their credit card registered in my payment methods, at the top of the list. But when I want to buy something on the app store with my own card, I have to select it again in payment methods. Only if you cancel the subscription via your iTunes account and pay direct with Netflix
