Bought Song on ITunes Unavailable on Apple Music

I bought a song on iTunes so I could play it on Apple Music, but when I went to play it in Apple Music it said that song wasn't available in the US(country I'm in)? Yet they let me purchase it, from an American ISP, with an American debit card, and didn't mention that possibility at all? How can I get it to play? Or should I be asking for a refund?

P.S. I'm on Android but bought it on my computer

See About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. What is the iCloud status of this track in your iTunes library? Does a downloaded copy play normally. You may need to open a second temporary library also connected to your iCloud Music Library, delete the cloud copy in that library, then reconnect to your main library and add the track back to iCloud Music Library.
