Since upgrading to IOS 12.4 I can no longer access my iCloud account details and family sharing information. Is there a fix for this, it’s affecting our iPads and phones.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
I have that problem too and even a factory reset didn't help.
