My iPad Pro ( IOS 12.4) stop seeing my Sony A6400 videos (4K) via SD card reader

Out od the sudden my IOS devices iPhone and iPad won't see my videos in the SD card reader adapter. Its been working great for at least year. Did something change in the latest IOS? Ive reset my camera setting to factory and still is not working

viewing micro SD card We recently purchased some night vision goggles. The issue we are having is: We cannot see any images on the SD card with our Ipad Pro’s. When we put the SD card in a PC or a Mac, the images come up. When we put the card in our lightning adaptor, the Ipads recognize that the adaptor is plugged in, but it says “no images”. We have tried hooking the camera up to the devices and it is the same thing. We have tried a different SD card and still nothing. It is perplexing that we cannot see our images from this camera on the Ipad. Just to note: we tried an SD card from a go pro and the images popped up. The images from the night goggles are jpeg, so I don’t understand why the Ipads will not show them.

Reboot your iPad and try again.

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go. Once back in see if the card reader is working. Are you using the official Apple SD Card reader?
