my iPhone 8 keyboard isn't working properly. When I type the letters are changed or doesn't appear at all. Sometimes it just starts typing on it own. It will also jump from screen to screen. I don't know if it is the keyboard sensitivity or if this is malfunctioning Any suggestions?

If you get no help, and if anything (case or screen protector) is obstructing your touch screen, it could be a hardware issue, but we can't diagnose that kind of problem remotely.
Make an appointment at an Apple Store or AASP and have your iPhone inspected:--> Apple – Location Selector
