I bought my iPhone and living in Canada now.
Can I get my US iPhone refurbished from Canadian Apple store?
I have AppleCare.

You can always ask. But Apple doesn't specifically "refurbish" iPhones. They might offer repairs or a service replacement. In general the requirement is that an equivalent device must be exchanged, which is why Apple says that repair service may be restricted to the country of purchase. There are some unlocked iPhones that are meant for distribution in both the US and Canada. The LL region code in the model number generally means the US but can also be distributed in Canada. But if it was ever carrier locked then you'll probably need to go to the US for service.

For service they would often need to order them. However, I believe some of the unlocked phones they distribute in Canada are identical to the US ones down to the exact model number. It wouldn't hurt to ask if it saves a trip across the border.

I was only thinking of the specifics about US and Canadian distribution. There are other shared regions like Ireland and the UK or Hong Kong and Macau. However, calling Apple's Canadian technical support at (800) 263-3394 might yield a more definitive answer.
