CarPlay

CarPlay does not show under Settings>general in iPhone Xr updated to iOS 12.4. What can I do?

Thanks Chris. No restrictions. I have updated to iOS 12.4; done another restart after that and the CarPlay simply is not present under Settings>General>

I just see AirDrop and Handoff, but no CarPlay
