Dear All,

I got an iPhone 5s and trying to set it up here in Lagos.

The sim card inserted on the phone couldn't activated on it.

I have try many times but the message is the same.

What can I do to solve this issue.

The iPhones carrier locked.

Only the carrier that locks iPhone can officially unlock and if you qualify, not Apple or anyone.
