How do I get all the apps that I have on my I phone into my new I pad

if you restore it with the backup of the iphone they would get there
if you use the same appleID and enter app store click on your portrait on the upper cornor click purchased->my purchases->not on this ipad
you should get the list of every app you ever purchased and the ability to install them
