My AppleWatch doesn’t Update

Hey Guys

I have an AppleWatch Series 7000 (Original).

When I go to Watch App > General > Software Update, it says your Applewatch has last update of WatchOS. But actually it has WatchOS 4.

why I can’t Update my AppleWatch?

Does Applewatch Series 7000 still support?

Unfortunately that watch can’t update beyond 4.3. So there is little point in trying to update it.

No unfortunately not. I still have mine first generation watch and works fine
