Pink and Green Screen

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this problem / how to fix it?

Once it loading bar is done the screen goes blank and then just turns off.

Macbook Pro 17inch (Cant remember the exact year) but maybes 2012-ish im not clued up when they stopped making the 17inch model
