Face id not working

after going to face id and passcode- setup face id then get started then position your face within the frame

Fter that nothing happen

i have tried more than 100 times

please help

Seems like something is wrong with hardware. If you've tried all of the steps from this article then bring your iPhone XR to Apple or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.
