Large white circle iPhone lock screen
Only appears when the phone is locked, just showed up a few days ago.

Have you tried changing the wallpaper? Looks like part of the image.

Power off the phone and turn it back on it gets rid of the dot.

Yes I have changed the background and it’s still there!
