numbers

Hello! I’m from Mexico, sorry for my English, I use numbers to make some reports, sometimes I have to send a report in excel, last year I could did it perfectly, but yesterday when I tried my report didn’t convert to excel, the reason said the formulas that use excel are different. But last year worked perfectly, maybe an update made this can happen. I couldn’t convert also numbers to PDF

could someone please tell me how to convert numbers to excel?

to export a numbers sheet as a pdf, use the Numbers menu item "File > Print…" then click the bottom "Print" in the bottom right of the print preview.


Now click the pop-up menu in the bottom left of the modal dialog "PDF " and select "Save as PDF"


For exporting to excel, maybe you can share the exact message you see when try to export. You can narrow the possible offending formulas by removing columns of formula (for example) until you are able to export.
