Remote Disc
How do I uninstall a Remote Disc, my concern comes from not granting permission for the upload...

You didn't install a Remote Disc. It is a built-in function of the OS to provide access to another computer's CD/DVD drive, primarily to install software (from way back when software came on a disk).
If you have a CD/DVD drive, you can share out that drive to be used by another Mac that doesn't have one (or it doesn't work).
