Can I somehow down and APP called IPTV from the Apple App Store to my Apple TV model A1469?

i have an Apple TV device 3rd Generation model A1469. I want to download an app from the Apple App Store called IPTV. How can I do that. I don’t see anyway at any of the Apple icons on the device either at the Apple TV nor in the settings icon

Apple TV (3rd generation) doesn’t have provisions to install additional apps. You would need an Apple TV (4th generation or later) to install apps of your choice.
