messages from applehelp_support@icloud.com

I have been receiving a lot of imessages from applehelp_support@icloud.com about an iPhone that I lose sometime ago the messages provide a case Id to recover the iPhone also a link but it seems suspicious because the link provided has a domain that not seem to be from apple (support-service.us)

has anyone received a similar message?
