I just gave my daughter a phone so she can call me when she visits her mother. I have done this before and had some issues where she could see my search history on google and you tube. Is there a quick fix in settings to be able to monitor what apps she is downloading and still make sure she dont see what i am searching and her not be able to get into my messages?
Does she have her own Apple ID? Those items you mention make it sound like she is using your Apple ID.

As stated, you can share most apps (each app should state on the information page if it is shareable). I have never even seen Minecraft. I guess my main concern is if she has points, or gems, or cupcakes, or whatever you accumulate, those will be under your name and not transferable, but again I have no idea how that game works.

Yes, with Family Sharing you are able to share most apps between up to 6 family members. Just note that in-app purchases are not able to be shared though.
