You've cancelled all subscriptions on the accounts linked to the card, including iCloud storage ? And the charges show on one of your iTunes accounts ? What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?
Assuming iTunes isn't just trying to collect money for previous failed payments, contact iTunes Support again
Yes, I went as far as calling my bank and getting new cards, but when i put them back in it started recharging me.
I contacted iTunes a second time and they suggested i contact them first to prevent blocking my account and I told them that i did, however, i was still being billed for the subscriptions i cancelled.
