Podcast accepted by ITunes...how to I submit to Apple?
What do you mean 'accepted by iTunes?' - if you have simply been able to subscribe to it then you still need to submit it to Podcasts Connect to get it into the iTunes Store. The process is descibed in detail here:

Thanks for the detailed process instructions to list my podcast on ITunes and Apple. I meant that my podcast has been accepted, approved, listed, etc. by ITunes and I need help submitting it to Apple. I believe your "process" will help me git r done. Thanks again!
BTW: Your words in the process instructions you sent: "It may take some days before the podcast is " accepted," since each new podcast has to be checked.

Hopefully you've been able to submit it, and it should appear in the iTunes Store eventually.
