i deleted my pictures from my photo and after 40 days it permanently disappeared from my recently deleted folder. I have not been taking any backup. My worry is can I recover these pictures by any way??

You deleted photos from the iPhone, and then waited after 40 days when they are automatically deleted. What would you expect to happen. All of a sudden after that length of time, you want them back? Not a realistic thought. If you wish to have photos removed from the phone and archived, you need to import them to the computer for safe keeping.
