Old addresses keep showing up in Apple Pay after I deleted them

I followed the instructions and changed the billing addresses for each of my credit card on Apple Pay. I also deleted all my old addresses from my contact and maps. I couldn’t see any of my old addresses in any of the settings, but every time I make a purchase with Apple play, not only the default shipping and billing addresses are still my old ones, all 5 of my old addresses show up again. It’s getting really annoying now. What should I do to have them really deleted?
