I did all that but it doesn’t work, I think because I did reset and erase all settings and content before everything else. And now if I click on sign out on my name it comes up saying “there was an error connecting to the Apple Id server
Use the Contact Support button at the top of this page. Since I can't see where you are on your iPad or what you did, you need Apple Security to assist you.
