iPod Classic has same battery charge problem as ipads

Amazing how Apple geniuses have "never seen the problem" users report, but my iPod Classic is having the same issue: It charges fine when connected to my iMac (with SAME 30 pin cable), but will not charge when connected to ANY of my Wall Warts. It's NOT the cable or the cable's connection to the USB Port OR the iPod, but the difference is simply the SOURCE. This is undoubtedly an OS issue that Apple does not want to bother with, but the iPod has worked and charged fine for nearly eleven years. What else would cause this sudden FAIL?

Your wall warts are likely capable of supplying enough current to charge an iPad, which is too much current for the classic. It has an overcurrent protection circuit. Use your computer, or an original 1w charger.
