App update message

I have this message appearing when I’m trying to update my apps. If I click cancel it doesn’t update and if I click buy it just keeps reappearing. Can anyone help please.

Can’t update a good number of my apps When I try to update I get the following message: This discounted price is only available to customers who own a previous version of this item. To purchase this item at full price, click Buy. If I click Buy, it just keeps popping up with the same message until I click Cancel. None of the apps were purchased apps they were all free. Cant download or update apps Every time I try to download or update an app, I get a verification required message, which leads to billing information. I update it and I get another verification required message, then the billing information screen. And then it’s just a loop until I hit cancel
