Apple Watch series 3 side button not working

My side button has stopped working. Therefore I can’t turn off or do a hard reset. I’ve erase all settings and contents and turned off that way but it’s still not working. It means I can’t use Apple Pay which is a big pain for me. Any help or ideas? Ps I don’t use in the water and haven’t got it wet ever.

How do I fix a stuck side button? I have an Apple Watch series 5 and recently I found the side button sticking sometimes when I’ve wanted to activate Apple Pay on the watch, to the point that I’ve had to press quite hard to activate Apple Pay sometimes. I’ve now found that the side button is permanently pressed in on one side and the button no longer responds. I’ve seen some posts that have recommended running it under warm water but I have tried this several times to no avail. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this please? Any advice would be much appreciated. The watch is 2 years old so it is out of warranty.

Apple Watch Series 4 - waterproof My apple watch stopped working. Do not see anything displayed. I think it still connects to the phone. The side button of the watch is not working. I swim everyday in the flat part of the ocean * salt water * for about 1/2 hour. I am not sure if the water troubled the side button which had jammed and later one end raised and opened up a little bit. I am located in Jamaica and without access to any professional assistance. Please can someone advise me what to do? Thanks

Suggest you make an appointment with an Apple Store Genius Bar, or at the very least discuss it with an Apple Specialist....https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
