Can’t find videos and shows on itunes

Hi guys,

i really need your help. I can’t watch anything on the Apple TV app on my phone cause it says I have no videos and have to go to iTunes to rent.

When I go to iTunes I only see the icon for music and don’t find for movies or shows (which is meant to be right beside it). So it seems I only have access to music.

I have deleted and re-downloaded it like 2 times over, but the same thing keeps happening.

what do I do?

How do I get my movies back?
