Disabled Ipad

When I connect my disabled ipad to itunes on my pc. it says to uninstall and reinstall itunes on my disabled ipad. How can this be done. Any help is greatly appreciated

For a disabled iPad, make sure first you are running the latest version of iTunes on your computer (v12.9.x), the follow the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
