Help!!

I am VERY frustrated! I can’t remember my Apple ID password or the password to the email. Can’t I make a new one? It doesn’t let me sign out tho! Please help!!

To find the password for the email address, go to the email provider's web site, and there should be an option to reset your email password.

For your Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
