Unable to install app using cloud storage

Hi ,

I am using iPhone 5s 16GB , so which already occupied the storage for only Apps so I am unable to download my needed software’s , so today I have upgraded the storage in ICloud .

now I would like to install PuBG software to my mobile using ICloud storage but I am unable to install this one . This is highly frustrated and thinking like why am a iPhone user instead of android user .

Please help me on this . If this is not possible then why should I am using iCloud 50GB storage which is completely wAste right ?

please provide any valuable suggestions and help on this .

Note : I am using the latest os software only .

I am confused. You can't install software to iCloud storage. You use the App Store to install software to your device. You cannot save installer files in iCloud or anywhere else for that matter. You can use iCloud Storage to facilitate transferring files to other devices but it doen't really work like an external drive, it is really mostly synchronizing storage except in optimization mode when it will free up some storage on your device.

You say you cannot install, but you do not say why. Error messages?

To make more storage available, iOS can remove some of your items, like streamed music and videos, files in iCloud Drive, and parts of apps that aren't needed. It also removes temporary files and clears the cache on your device. iOS only removes items that can be downloaded again or that aren't needed anymore."

I have done all the suggestion as you guided but nothing works .

I have icloud storage 50GB now I want to download and install pubg software (4gB) to iCloud storage but I am unable to install and I don’t have space in local iPhone storage . Help me on this
