can you add authorized user to Apple Card?

No. See the following from Manage your Apple Card account - Apple Support

Only the account owner can currently use Apple Card. If a family member or friend wants to use Apple Card they will need to apply for Apple Card.

For the love of God, please add this ASAP. You already have family sharing, etc. Its a no brainer. Imagine the convenience of allowing a family to share a card, and monitor who’s charging what, right through the wallet app.

That would be a good option! The closest thing I can come up with is Apple Feedback. This is a user-to-user support forum but Feedback may be a better way to get word to Apple. They don't have a separate section for the Apple Card but the Apple Pay section should be close enough: https://www.apple.com/feedback/apple-pay.html

Where is the helpful but totally dislike this as a practice? Hopefully a feature added soon.

You're not talking to Apple or Goldman Sachs. This is a user forum. We can't change anything.

I’m aware of that. But as users all we can hope for is they listen to the market by maybe, possibly hearing what we say here. Unless you want to start a picket line at Apple HQ. ;)
