App Store & iTunes card

I bought AM App Store & iTunes card, but when I peel the sticker so the IPhone can take the number with the camera, some of the numbers and letters vanished. Tren I tried mannually yo do ir, and the operation was aparently successful, but the amount of the card was not charged into my account. Today, I tried once to do ir, but it told me that card was already charged so, ¿where is my money?

If you successfully redeemed the card, and if it hasn't been spent, try logging out and back into the account and see if its balance updates.

thank you. I already did it, but it didn't work. If I try to enter the code, it tells me that this code has already been used, but it does not update the balance to my account
