How do I change my Apple ID to for apps that I need to update?

Do I gather that you are signed into iTunes/App Store on your device with one Apple ID, but you have some apps which were purchased under another ID?
In order to update these apps you would have to sign out of iTunes, then sign back in with the other ID. However once you have done this you won't be able to sign back in to the original ID for 90 days.
You may find it a preferable option to re-puchase the Apps with the current ID.
