Iphone XR not turning on

I only bought my new Iphone XR a month ago and today i was using it fine and it suddenly went black and wont work. I've tried charging it and tried holding down all kinds of button combinations but nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this problem? If so did you fix it and how did you manage to do so?
