Music Says 'Purchased' and Grayed Out and It's NOT Shown as 'Hidden'

So I recently got a new HP laptop and I am downloading all my music to it with an external hard drive, since I also have a bunch of TV shows and movies that need to be downloaded as well. Anyways, last night, my laptop wanted me to download all of my music that I bought again. So I deleted the music that needed to be redownloaded. Then as I deleted them, they vanished as if it became hidden. They didn't give me the option of if I wanted the albums and songs to hide too. So I checked to see if they were hidden and I found out they weren't. I went to see if I could redownload them like normal in the family purchases tab and I could download everything like if nothing happened. But when I look to see the album in the iTunes store, the album says 'Purchased' and is grayed out and it won't let me download the album or songs. I've been frustrated with this and I don't know what to do.

See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and check once more for hidden purchases. If you cannot find them contact iTunes - Official Apple Support for assistance.
