My phone stopped working with sim after updating it

I updated my phone to iOS12.4 on my iPhone 7 and the next day my sim port stopped working so I had to rest the phone and it started showing me what on d picture. What should I do ?

Where did you buy the phone? That's where you need to go to fix it.

You may be better off buying a phone in a country closer to home if you bought this in the US.
