Back Camera and Flash/Flashlight on Work in Facebook

My back camera and flash, as well as the flashlight, do not work using the default Apple apps for my 8 Plus. I’ve also noticed that they don’t work with the Chase app for photographing and depositing checks. The back camera shows nothing but black and the flash never comes on. It does, however, work perfectly in Facebook marketplace. I fully reset the phone. Thoughts?
