I am part of a Family Sharing account with three others for the Family sharing and it has a Credit Card on there from the Organizer and I would like to add myCredit Card for my own purchases but nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong. When in Family Sharing, the only credit card that can be used is the organizer's credit card.
Buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
