Deleted apps

When my phone was fill storage I deleted two apps to have more storage and when I deleted a good number of videos and photos I decided to re download the deleted apps but I realized that the phone dose not recognize that the apps was deleted when I open AppStore to re download the apps I got the choice of open it not download them
