reserved email address for apple ID was deleted

Dear all,

My problem is that the Apple ID of my daughter was blocked with securities reason. When I set up her Apple ID I mentioned my email address as reserved for password recovery.

But some time later I closed this email address and absolutely forgot to change it for my daughter's phone.

Now her Apple ID is blocked. Secret questions answer doesn't work because I forgot the answers I gave. Attempts to recover and unblock through reserved email address are unsuccessful with the reason of non-existing of this address anymore.

Please help what can I do in situation above. Thank you in advance.

Contact iTunes Support and see if they can help with the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.

Hello again!

I received the answer from Support and honestly it was absolutely unhelpful. I pasted this answer below.

The account of my minor daughter was blocked. I tried several times to unblock it. I remember her password, but then I meet screen which offers me two was to unblock: 1) through email. 2) with security questions.

Way through email doesn’t work because I deleted this account and can’t receive emails there anymore.

Way through secret questions I tried dozen times. I know the answers to the questions but I don’t know why the system informs me that I’m wrong. I have no more idea what to do.

I can’t connect with Account Security Team because we live in Ukraine and there is no my country in list.

Please advise what I can do to unblock the account of my minor daughter.
