i recently gifted an album to my friend but she hasn’t received it yet and i have no idea how/what to do someone help like where is she supposed to receive it on itunes or????

She would receive an email on the email account that you sent it to. If she's checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the account see if you can resend it : Resend App Store & iTunes Gifts - Apple Support.
