This is a user-to-user forum. We can check anything about your account. The fact that you were able to log in here would indicate there's nothing wrong with your Apple ID.

The type of email you're describing is generally a scam to get you to give out personal information. Do not click on any links in the email.

Its a scam. Apple will never send such emails.

If your Apple ID is ever locked, Apple will notify you via a system message on a Mac or iOs device, or iTunes on a PC when you try to make use of a service such as the iTunes store.

They'll never send an email, and they'll never require you to verify billing information on a website. Billing information is always verified in your Apple ID settings on an iOS device or iTunes on a Mac or PC.
